Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from our shop, and we always do our best to help if something is not right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in original condition
  • please contact us before sending the item back
  • returning the item in its original packaging is preferred, but not required

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • custom or personalized orders
  • items that have been used with clay, water, or other materials
  • items that were damaged after delivery
  • items sent back without contacting us first

If a custom or personalized item arrives damaged or defective, of course please contact us and we will look for a fair solution.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and let you know the outcome as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours.

If the return is approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • refunds may be refused if the item is returned used, damaged, or not in resellable condition

Return shipping

  • return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
  • we strongly recommend using a tracked service
  • we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the item
  • the packaging
  • any visible damage

We will review everything and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
