Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on diyprojectdepot.com.

Products  
All products are designed and manufactured by DIY Project Depot. Most items are made to order using 3D printing.

Production time  
Orders are typically produced within 1–2 business days.

Pricing  
All prices are listed in EUR. Taxes may be included or excluded depending on your location. Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply for international orders.

Shipping  
We primarily use UPS for fast and reliable delivery. However, we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping carrier depending on destination, parcel size, or logistics.

All orders include tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or external factors.

Customs and import duties  
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns  
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Original packaging is preferred but not required.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Items used with clay, water, or other materials cannot be returned.

Refunds  
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or incorrect items  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations  
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Liability  
DIY Project Depot is not responsible for misuse of the products. All items are intended for appropriate use as described.
