Collection: Hump molds

A hump mold is used by draping a rolled slab of clay over the outside of the mold and gently shaping it by hand. The clay is then smoothed and trimmed around the edge, helping you create pieces with clean, consistent inner sides. As the clay dries, it naturally shrinks slightly, which makes demolding easier once the piece reaches leather-hard stage.
