Create soft, flowing ceramic plates with our Splash Waves Plate Drape Mold, an original pottery form designed and made by DIY Project Depot in France. This mold helps you shape elegant handmade plates with a raised concentric ripple pattern, inspired by water waves and organic movement.

Each mold is 3D printed from plant-based bioplastic and made to order in our small workshop. It is lightweight, reusable, and designed for slab-building with clay.

Choose your plate diameter from the menu, or contact us for a free custom size up to 40 cm / 16 inches. Custom sizing does not change the price or production time.

Easy pottery without a wheel

This drape mold is ideal for ceramic artists, pottery beginners, and handbuilding classes. You do not need a pottery wheel or expensive studio equipment.

Simply roll out a clay slab, place it over the mold, gently shape it by hand, and let the clay firm up before removing it. Depending on your clay and preferred technique, you can use the mold dry, with a thin release layer, or with plastic film.
